Hotels: drinks at meals are to be paied on spot. Children's age is always to be considered:  ''from years accomplished to years not accomplished'' (ex. children from 2 to 8 years old =  from 2 years
accomplished to 8 years not accomplished).

Apartments/Residences: the final cleaning, if not included, is always compulsory.
The guarantee deposit has always to be paied on arrival and it will be returned on departure, after check of the apartment. The maximum number of each apartment's occupiers must be absolutely
respected, the unobservance of this rule can compromise the taking possession of the apartment.
The room/apartment can be taken on arrival day between 4.00 and 7.00 p.m. and must be leaved on departure day within 10.00 a.m.
In case of delay on arrival, in order to avoid problems, the customer is invited to inform the hotel/residence.

Travel contracts and responsibility:

The present contract came to an agreement with the Law of December 27th 1977 n°1084 which applicates and executes the International Convention relative to travel contracts (CCV), signed in Bruxelles on April 23rd 1970, as well as the Consumer Code with the legislative decreet n. 206 of  September 09th 2005 and the following modifications. The responsability of Didisi can’t exceed the limit written in these laws.

When the reservation is done, the client has to pay a 25% deposit of the total amount. The rest of the amount has to be paied 30 days before the departure. For the inscriptions done in the 30 days preceding the departure, the full amount of the holiday has to be paied at the moment of the confirmation. If the client doesn’t pay within the foreseen terms, this constitutes an  express clause for the cancellation of the contract, determinating consequently the payment for the organisator’s damages.

The cost of the travel is calculated on the base of the rates in force when the website is prepared. The costs can change in accordance with the possible variations of the touristic services and of  the vector costs. If the rise is higher than 10% of the full cost, the client has the right to renounce to the contract without any cost, as long as he writes to the organizator his renouncing within the 48 hours after he has been informed of the encrease. Otherwise the rise is considered accepted.

Recess with penality: the client who wants to recede from the contract has to pay the following cancellation fees:
A) cancellation between the 29^th and the 15^th  working day preceeding the arrival date: 20% of the total amount including the transports.
B) between the 14^th and the 9^th working day preceeding the arrival date: 30% of the total amount including the transports.
C) between the 8^th and the 4^th working day preceeding the arrival date: 50% of the total amount including the transports.
D) between the 3rd and the 0 working day preceeding the arrival date: 75% of the total amount including the transports.
E) No-show 100% of the total amount including the transports.

The same penalties are applied to clients who can not do the journey for lack or irregularity in their documents; the control of the document is a personal duty of the client. No refund will be granted to clients who renounce during their holiday.

Hotel classification:

The classification of the hotels and structures written is the one of the Public Authority.

Didisi is covered by the Insurance Policy n. 125411 of the Company Mondial Assistance Italia for the civil responsibility mentioned in the art. 15/16 of the D.L. 111 del 17/03/95.

Regional Authorization :

Didisi s.r.l.  is in possession of the  Aosta Valley Region Authorization n. 1857 of June 7th 1999 for the organisation and the selling of tourist packages.

For each controversy on the contract , the only one competent court is the one of Aosta/ Italy
